If you are not fully satisfied with a vehicle purchased from Hanksters Hot Rods we are glad to exchange the vehicle. Customers have the option to exchange for a different vehicle of equal or greater value or Hanksters Hot Rods will purchase the vehicle back at the original purchase price. The requirements for an exchange are as follows: Hanksters Hot Rods must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and the vehicle must be returned within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as the customer received it with no more than 25 miles of use.

·       Shipping charges must be paid by the customer to ship the vehicle back to our facility.

·       We will purchase the vehicle back at the original purchased price minus the original shipping and warranty cost. (If applicable)

·       A $500 re-processing fee will be deducted to cover titling, paperwork and detailing.

·       Vehicle’s custom built or modified to customer's specifications are excluded from buy back or returns.

·       Out of the country sales are excluded from buy back or returns.

·       Limit of one exchange per customer.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

BUYER SHALL HAVE 48 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE VEHICLE TO REQUEST A RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. NO REQUEST FOR RETURNS AFTER 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT WILL BE HONORED. Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle. Customer has 48 hours from the time they receive the vehicle to notify us if a return or exchange is requested…Absolutely, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE after 48 hours of receipt. We will only exchange your vehicle for a vehicle of equal or greater value. In the event that any vehicle is returned for any reason, Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements to return the vehicle to Seller. The vehicle must be received by Seller within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as when delivered with no more than 25 miles of use. Vehicle’s custom built or modified to customer's specifications are excluded. Out of the country sales are excluded from buy back or returns. Any vehicle that is to be returned shall not be dismantled, disassembled and/or altered by the customer in any way. Even if customer so much as removes one screw from the vehicle that is considered to be dismantling, disassembling and / or altering the vehicle. If customer does dismantle the vehicle being returned, or puts in excess of 25 miles on the vehicle, the vehicle will be considered “Non Returnable” and no exchange will be authorized. Seller reserves the right to accept, or deny, any returns based on our inspection review. Any returned vehicle shall be subject to an inspection review before any exchange or purchase will be granted. 

 Terms and Conditions ©Copyright 2022 Hanksters Hot Rods and www.hanksters.com All Rights Reserved Fees and Payments: The signed Sales Agreement and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit shall be sent to Seller within twenty-four hours to hold the vehicle for a maximum of seven days. The $500.00 non-refundable deposit may be made by electronic bank wire transfer, certified bank check /cashier's check, money order, credit card or PayPal. Upon purchase of the vehicle, the deposit shall be applied to the purchase price. Tax, title and license fees will be charged to Pennsylvania as well as Florida residents. Out of state buyers are responsible for registering the vehicle and paying the sales taxes in their home state.

Seller will assist buyer with locating a shipping company. It is the responsibility of buyer to choose the shipping company. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated on the bill of sale. FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY ON THE FULL RETAIL PRICE. Seller will not be responsible for the vehicle as soon as the shipper takes possession of the vehicle. In the event of damage or tampering, the shipping company is 100% responsible for anything that may happen to the vehicle during transport. In the event of damage or tampering, Buyer is responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping company. All vehicles are available for inspection during normal business hours.

The full purchase price must be received from buyer within seven days of the Sales Agreement, by electronic bank wire transfer, certified bank check or cashier’s check. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute, enforcement or otherwise shall be in the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer have the vehicle professionally inspected, or personally inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase.
